You must come in with your ID or if you are out of town you may go to the nearest police or sheriff’s office with your ID.   Warrant information is not given over the telephone.

  • Cash (must be exact-we do not have change)
  • Check (personal checks are accepted-please write Driver’s License number on check)
  • Money Order

The Leon County Sheriff's Office does not release any information about outstanding warrants over the telephone, electronically, or through the mail relating to yourself or anyone else. If you would like to know if you have a current warrant, you may visit the Sheriff's Office in person with identification at 2825 Municipal Way and someone will assist you.

If you have any information that may lead to the apprehension of a wanted fugitive, please call the Warrants Division at (850)606-3450, after hours and weekends, (850)606-3300. You may remain anonymous. You may also email warrant-tips@Leoncountyfl.gov

Please include:

  • Full name of subject
  • Date of birth of subject
  • What makes you think this person is wanted, and what they may be wanted for
  • Address where subject is located
  • Name/address where subject works
  • Any additional information that may be helpful to detectives
